Sweatlife is back - and this year it's bigger and better than ever. We are taking over the Tobacco Dock in East London 22-24 June, for two days of sweaty, stretchy, thought-provoking fun. Join us for 48 hours of the best workouts the city has to offer, yoga with local and globally renowned teachers and inspiring panels with thought leaders from the fitness and wellness community.

If you like your yoga served up with a an extra side portion of sass, "come thru, I've gotchu". Expect an unapologetic vinyasa yoga flow, where you’ll be invited to embrace your body and its movement in all its imperfect perfection, create a little heat on the mat and connect to the breath as we shed some layers and look for our bodies.
Together let’s inhale the good-good vibes and exhale what’s no longer serving us, to a fiyah playlist or urban tunes and beats.
