Finally, the universe has fully heard my call and aligned the stars for a retreat. I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but y'all already know, nothing happens until the time is right and the time is now... well, 20th - 24th March, 2019, to be exact, BABY!

I've joined forces with one of my most inspiring, authentic and positive vibe giving friends, Diana Booty to bring you a retreat that aims to reset the mind, body and soul. Diana, is a personal trainer originally from London (and now calls Ibiza home) who lives to empower people to lead happy, healthy lives through movement. Like me, she's not interested in faddy diets, slimming tea, waist trainers, or super foods, but wants you to live your best balanced life and stand firmly in your light owning your ish!  Together, we've planned something really special and we cannot wait to give you our absolute best and indulge in four days of pure self love, on the magical island of Ibiza.

As much as I like to keep it real, I'm also hella boogee and believe me when I say, I've pictured myself a hundred times in what will be our home for the retreat, and I look sublimely happy. When you look at the pictures below of, Villa Cala Bassa, humour me and take a moment to drink in what you see and envisage yourself there, like, really there.

What are you wearing and how do you feel as you move from room to room, lounging by the pool, yoga outside under the sky, working out, beautiful walks, eating fresh locally sourced home made food, setting daily intentions, breathing, moving, relaxing? 

What’s included and a typical day…

  • 4-nights accommodation

  • Plant-based breakfast lunch and dinner, snacks, post-workout smoothies and soft drinks (allergies can be catered for)

  • 1- 2 daily yoga sessions 

  • Intention setting and journalling sessions

  • A daily workout focussed on strengthening your yoga practice

  • Daily activities e.g. guided hikes, runs, beach swims

  • All transfers to / from activities during the retreat

  • Time to read, explore, or just chill the F out

You will leave feeling recentered and balanced, physically and mentally, stronger, focussed on being kind to yourself, connected with nature, and take home learnings that are personal to your practice.

Rooms and Costs involved.


There are several options from sharing to going solo. 
£595 (per person) - 3-Sharing.
Room with 1 king or superking bed, 1 day bed and en-suite bathroom. Book with friends or share with other guests.

£735 (per person) - Double room.
Room with 1 king or superking bed and en-suite bathroom. 
Book with friends or a partner.

£1,035 (per person) - Solo. Room with 1 king or superking bed and en-suite bathroom. For single occupancy

Spaces are limited with just 13 spots available, so to reserve a space, you just need to make a non-refundable deposit of £200. The full balance is then due 6 weeks before the retreat. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the retreat the full amount will be due when booking.

*Excludes flights, transfers to / from airport and private treatments
*Extra activities and one-to-one consultations are available at additional cost
* Arrival Weds after 3pm, leave Sunday after midday
