If you like your Sundays served up with some soulful Yoga, followed by a proper home cooked brunch in beautiful, calming surroundings, then look no further. I've teamed up with VOLO, to bring you the best Sunday vibes ever.
Here's what you can expect...
Here at VOLO's yoga brunch club it's cosy and zen-like. Join us at the beautiful 42 Acres in Shoreditch for a revitalising yoga practice, led by the amazing Sanchia Legister. Blow away any cobwebs from the night before and start Sunday morning right with an hour of Soulful Sunday Vinyasa Flow. Along with her killer playlist, she'll help us reset and ground, move mindfully, find the breath and make space in the body.
Afterwards, we'll gather together around big family-style tables and tuck into a delicious, comforting smorgsabord of vegan brunch-y delights. Including fluffy mini pancakes, a Mexican-inspired feast of sweetcorn fritters, mushrooms and tomato on sourdough, baked beans (but not as you know them) and smashed avocado. Plus indulgent hot chocolate 'shots'.
You'll leave feeling stretched, soothed and nourished, hopefully with some new friends too. Can't wait to see you there!
